What Does the following 2D Echo Report Indicate? 

I am 62 year old man.i want to know what my 2D echo report shows Aortic root(ED) 27 mm Left atrium(ES) 36 mm Left ventricle Diastole 37mm Systole 22mm Ivs 11mm Lvef 60% Valves Mitral 0.64 m/s 1.65mmHg Aortic 1.42 m/s 8.05 mmHg Tricuspid 0.45m/s 0.81mmHg Pulmonary 1.14 m/s 5.17 mmHg Impression Normal sized chambers No RWMA , LVEF 60% DTAGE I DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION NORMAL VALVES STRUCTURALLY NO MR, MILD TR,NO PAH,NO CLOT,VEGETATION NORMAL PERICARDIUM I have copied the report text Please explain me what does this report shows

I have understand your concern

no RWMA_ no regional wall motion abnormality , in case of heart attack motion abnormality ll be there

no pah_ no pulmonary hypertension

Lvef 60% _ it is normal range indicating normal left ventricular function
and your heart valves also Normal
grade 1 diastolic dysfuction is minor thing no need to worry

overall your heart is perfectly good
